UTQ Mentor Groups

The UTQ is an important step in your development as a TU Delft lecturer. To get the most out of this process, every lecturer starting the UTQ has the benefit of being part of a mentor group. Together with colleagues from various faculties and with the help of two UTQ mentors, you work step-by-step towards your Final Assessment which focusses on professionalisation.

These sessions are also aimed at sharing and gathering all kinds of practical information about the UTQ. You can discuss UTQ questions, personal (learning) goals, planning, and challenges you may encounter along the way. An additional advantage is that during these meetings you collaborate with colleagues from different faculties; besides fresh insights, you also build on a broad network. Lastly, it is important to know that all information shared with your mentors and colleagues will be kept confidential.
