The fashion industry is said to be responsible for 10% of global greenhouse gas emissions. By using leftover materials for new creative projects, we can reduce waste. Repairing our worn and loved clothes also helps reduce consumption.

During the general fashion ticket hour, you can work on your own projects or discover whether working with fabric is for you. This ticket our is for beginners and advanced students alike and goes into everything from repair work to designing and pattern drawing. You can buy materials by the metre at the studio or use fabric scraps to get started in a completely eco-friendly way.

A teacher will be present to help you along, and we always have various beginner and intermediate projects ready to go. You can use these patterns to make your own item of clothing, which is yours to keep when you’re done!. The design studio also has an extensive pattern drawing method available for consultation.

You can also take part in this ticket hour this summer: you are welcome every Wednesday night from 17 July to 21 August.
