Dr. Adam Henschke visited TU Delft | Campus The Hague to launch 'Ethics of National Security Intelligence Institutions‘ and 'Cognitive Warfare: Grey Matters In The Ethics Of Information Conflict.'

Public and private institutions routinely test new digital technologies within society, such as generative AI, predictive policing algorithms, and self-driving cars under real-world conditions. These experimental practices raise questions about research ethics and the moral responsibility of investigators to those people they involve and affect.

The European Research Council (ERC) has announced the ERC Starting Grants for young researchers. This European grant of €1.5 million for a five-year research programme is intended to enable individual scientists to build their own teams and pursue innovative projects. TPM researchers Michael Klenk and Giacomo Marangoni have been awarded the ERC Starting Grant for their groundbreaking research.
