When a project manager starts with a new project, the best thing to do is to look first to a number of similar projects that are executed or already completed. Take a close look at these projects in order to learn. Project managers are always so busy and focused on completing their projects that there is hardly any time left to develop themselves further. The development of a project simulator or serious games could be the way to speed up this process and reduce costs of failure. This would also have an impact on the way we educate future project managers.

Therefore, ambition of the group is to contribute to the measurable improvement of the performance of both engineering and infrastructure projects. Mission of the group is to improve performance of projects as delivered via project management.
