1. Vormen van digitale toepassingen

Denk hierbij aan foto- en videomateriaal voor onder andere de diverse social kanalen. Hieronder zal per kanaal uitgewerkt worden aan welke eisen het video en/of fotomateriaal dient te voldoen.

2. Instagram

Je kunt op diverse manieren op Instagram visuele content delen. Hieronder staat per vorm beschreven waar de content aan moet voldoen. In het algmeen geldt:

  • MP4
  • 264 Codec
  • AAC Audio
  • 3500 kbps bitrate for video
  • Frame rate of 30 fps (frames per second)
  • Video must be a maximum of 60 seconds
  • Maximum video width is 1080 pixels wide
  • Videos should be 920 pixels tall

a. Feed

 

  • Video lengte: 3 seconde tot 1 minuut.
  • Video file type: MP4 of MOV file format.
  • Video Resolution and Size:
    • Vierkant, portrait, or landscape.
    • A minimum frame rate of 30 FPS (frames per second).
    • The maximum file size is 4 GB.

b. Story

  • Video Length: Up to 15 seconds per Story.
  • Video File Type: MP4 or MOV file format.
  • Video Resolution and Size:
    • A vertical video with an aspect ratio of 9:16.
    • A minimum frame rate of 30 FPS (frames per second) and minimum resolution of 720 pixels.
    • The maximum file size is 4 GB.

c. IGTV

  • Duration: The video must be between 15 seconds and 10 minutes long.
    • The maximum duration when uploading an IGTV video from a mobile phone is 15 minutes, but you can upload up to 60 minutes of video from the web.
  • Format: MP4
  • Aspect ratio: 9:16
  • Frame rate: 30 FPS minimum
  • Resolution: 720 pixels minimum
  • File size limit: 650MB for videos up to 10 minutes
    • 3.6GB for videos up to 60 minutes

Note on Editing: IGTV cover photos cannot be edited after they’ve been uploaded. The recommended size for cover photos is 420px by 654px (or 1:1.55 ratio).

d. Live

 

  • Video Length: Up to 60 minutes.
  • Video File Type: MP4 or MOV file format.
  • Video Resolution and Size:
    • A vertical video with an aspect ratio of 9:16.
    • A minimum frame rate of 30 FPS (frames per second) and minimum resolution of 720 pixels.
    • The maximum file size is 4 GB.
