I am an urban planner and researcher of behavioural design the Human-Centered Design department at Industrial Design Engineering. As an associated researcher in the Resilience Lab, I contribute knowledge in the development of facilitation tools and methods for future-oriented planning. These methods combine scientific expertise with feedback from citizens pertaining to their behaviours and location-specific knowledge. I utilize game co-design as a group model building approach to elicit knowledge from a wide range of actors in a simple, visually engaging, flexible and fun way. Together with several members of the Resilience Lab, I am conducting a behavioural change study that applies a participatory mapping platform to capture the impact of COVID-19 on people's daily routines. I am also an associated member of the 4TU. Center for Resilience Engineering and flagship tenure track assistant professor within TU Delft’s Climate Action Programme.
