Thesis Boost Day
Kun je wel een boost gebruiken voor je BEP? Meld je dan aan voor de Thesis Boost Day van het TU Delft Writing Centre! Op deze dag ga je met andere studenten gestructureerd aan het werk in een schrijfgroep onder begeleiding van een van onze coaches. We openen de dag open gezamenlijk om vooruit te kijken op je schrijfdoelen en sluiten gezamenlijk af om te kijken hoe het is gegaan. Halverwege de dag kun je meedoen met een workshop als je daar behoefte aan hebt.

The location of our Thesis Boost Days varies depending on room availability. When you’ve signed up for a Thesis Boost Day, you will receive a welcome email with further details a couple of days before the event is due to take place. So don’t forget to check your inbox!

As we have no ‘home base’, every week we might be in a different room. You will be informed about the exact location a few days before the Thesis Boost day, via a welcome email from one of our coaches. So keep a close eye on your inbox!

Each day starts at 9:00 with a short presentation by one of our coaches, a round of introductions and goal-setting. This is followed by time for self-study, where our coaches are available for writing advice and coaching. Depending on interest, we also give a workshop on relevant aspects of academic writing. Before heading home at 17:00, we wrap up the day by reflecting on the progress you have made and the targets you have achieved.
