Send an email stating your plan, where you are currently studying for your PhD, and if you receive additional funding such as other grants. You can contact the mobility team at outgoingglobal-esa@tudelft.nl.

You must apply 2 months before your start date. Otherwise, this could affect your visa, student documents and the start date of your project.

No, at the summer school you will be following a course or courses, this makes you ineligible for the grant. More information regarding the summer school can be found here.

No, unfortunately this grant is only applicable for ETH Zurich. You may apply for the Erasmus+ traineeship scholarship.
