Think you have what it takes to dodge, duck, dip, dive, and dodge your way to victory? Look no further as the X Dodgeball Tournament is back and better than ever!
Organized by the Delftsche Dodgers dodgeball association, this tournament starts off with a group phase in which the best teams proceed to a knockout phase, that leads to a final championship match. The winner gets a prize!
Regardless of the outcome, all playing teams will play the same number of matches. Each team consists of six players and each match against another team consists of a best of three (first team to win two matches wins). All matches are played with six standard foam dodgeballs and follow the official rules from the WDBF (World Dodgeball Federation) which can be found here.
Groups of six encouraged (don’t forget a cool team name too)! Individual sign-ups or groups less than six are always welcome but will be combined by organizers to form teams of six. If playing as a team, please sign up individually and send an email to F.R.F.Broy@student.tudelft.nl specify your team's name and roster. Be sure that all members of your team individually sign up. If the waiting list is full, you can still show up at 12:00 on the day of the event to see if there are any spots open due to no-shows.
