Company clothing
The sports and dance teachers are given an X clothing package by their superior.
The clothing should be worn during lessons. Company clothing should be replaced through the Employee Logistics. You are responsible for keeping your company clothing clean. After termination of your employment, you must return the company clothing.
Free coffee/tea
X staff may order tea and coffee free of charge at Cafe X on days when they are working. Ask the bar staff to make a note of any such order for your department.
Do not forget to make a note of what you have had on the department list behind the bar.
Office equipment/stationery
Pens, notepads, and folders. If you need any office equipment or stationery, you can request it from Services, Planning and Support.
Printing
The multi-functional printers are fitted with a card reader. By holding your campus card against the reader, you log on to the machine, as it were, and you are then able to do your printing, copying, and scanning. This makes the machine easier to use. You do not have to remember any log-in codes in order to copy and you can enter multiple print orders and request the actual printing as it suits you. The central printer is maintained by Services, Planning and Support.
Postal service
Postage items can be handed in at the Meeting Point (no private mail).
To ensure next-day delivery, you should hand the item in by 15:00. The hosts will then ensure that items are delivered to the correct departments.
X subscription
When first starting work, X staff and teachers receive an X subscription with fitness from the TU Delft. This allows you to make unlimited use of our facilities. It will also entitle you to free tea and coffee in Cafe X and to staff discounts on the price of a sandwich or dish of the day. You receive the card from your superior.
Free X course
As a staff member, you are entitled to free entry to an X course of your choice, once every season, unless the course is full - students have priority. This is a fun way of getting to know our wide range of courses. Sign up by email or at the Meeting Point: hosts-x@tudelft.nl
