Will you join our hostteam?

The Communication team is looking for new members for the hosting team for roughly 12 hours per week. As host you are responsible for welcoming guests into X, and helping them find their way (in its broadest sense). As a member of this team, you are the face of the organisation, online (via email, WhatsApp, social media), by phone or in person. In an international environment, it is your job to help new and returning students find their way, provide information about the broad programme offer and to ensure that everyone coming into the building feels welcome and comfortable.

Personal contact is key! Students can sign up for courses, subscriptions and events, look for information and recommendations, ask for guidance, directions and more, so it is up to the host to have a wide knowledge of the organisation and be able to bring this across in a friendly and engaging way.
