Vegetarian Noodles

Ingredients:

noodles
lentils (pre-cooked)
salt & pepper
turmeric
potatoes
carrots
onions
olive oil
a little lemon juice
 

Instructions:

First, put some water to boil.

Then pour the noodles in it and add the lentils, that you have already cooked before.

Give it about five to ten minutes, depending on the type of noodles, to cook.

Drain the ingredients.

Grease the bottom of the pot with a bit of olive oil or any other vegetable oil.

Flavor the potatoes, carrots and onions with grated onions, lemon juice, olive oil and spices.

Put the potatoes, carrots and onions in the pot.

Pour the noodles on them and let it brew.

It is ready to enjoy!
