Steeds vaker ontwikkelen bedrijven digitale oplossingen voor overheden, zoals digital humans en data wallets. Om de ontwikkelingen in goede banen te leiden, moeten overheden zich in ieder geval in de strijd mengen. "Met GovTech ontwerpen en leveren private partijen steeds vaker oplossingen voor het verbeteren van processen in de publieke sector. Daarom moeten we de potentie van GovTech maximaliseren en risico’s minimaliseren. Achteraf proberen de boel te reguleren, zal veel pijn doen." zegt Nitesh Bharosa.
