5: Strengthening the support and provision of services
This is about further professionalising and scaling up the support given to professionals and the internal organisation; for example by centralising our helpdesk support. This will allow us to provide continuing education for a global audience with a larger and more varied range of LLL courses, responding to an increase in the number and type of professionals.
Key deliverables: (tbc)
- Setting up a professional helpdesk and accompanying processes
- Expanding the offer of services to faculties covering all LLL sypes
- Conducting pilots for the use of AI in our courses
- Creating and setting up an online course "Education for professionals" for lecturers
