1: Embedding in the university
This is about supporting faculties in developing and delivering their LLL offer. We will work together to implement expertise-enhancing measures that benefit all involved stakeholders. This contributes to spreading awareness of the offer and promotes internal buy-in.
Key deliverables: (tbc)
- Establishing regular contact between faculties and the Extension School
- Fully implementing a governance structure
- Professionally training the team both at central level and in the faculties
- Providing regular communication with stakeholders
- Organising meetings with faculty stakeholders
- Keeping up-to-date the internal website
