Pillar lead Resilience in Decision Making
Assitant Professor
I am a philosopher, in the Ethics and Philosophy of Technology section at TPM, working on issues that arise when we have to make ethical decisions under conditions of uncertainty. In relation to resilience, my concerns are with how we identify and treat vulnerable groups, how we can understand ethical progress when we cannot easily predict the outcomes of our strategies, and in the relationships between knowledge production and knowledge sharing (or, epistemology) and social justice in various contexts. I have published with others on topics in social resilience, health system resilience, resilience rhetorics and the normativity of resilience.
