I am new at TU Delft working on how we strengthen health systems by ensuring our (health+) demands are met by care supplies - ranging from how we plan shortages in hospitals and community services, to ensuring we have critical equipment and resources when needed. Resilience in health systems are not coherently defined nor empirically demonstrated very well, so I am interested in contributing to that space and learning from resilience in other sectors. Personally, I am also interested in how much 'boring long term strategic thinking and planning' we need to have in place so that we are better prepared and are better at 'adapting' once shocks arrive.
