Ellen Minkman

My name is Ellen Minkman. My research concentrates on decision making and governance arrangements for future-proof urban deltas as well as governance transitions in water management and other transitions driven by climate change (e.g. agriculture, energy). Most of my research focuses on Adaptive Delta Management in the context of international development cooperation. Increasing resilience is essential around the world and experiences in one place may be beneficial to other places. I, therefore, concentrate on the processes of knowledge sharing, learning and policy transfer.
