RMIT does not classify its courses based on level/year. Therefore, when determining the level, you can use the study abroad and exchange course search tool at https://www.rmit.edu.au/study-with-us/international-students/programs-for-international-students/study-abroad-and-exchange/study-abroad/study-abroad-exchange-course-search. When searching a course there, some courses will be labelled as ‘recommended’ or ‘restricted’. Recommended courses usually have no prerequisites or prior knowledge and are thus considered 1st/2nd year BSc courses. Restricted courses tend to have knowledge requirements and are thus considered of a higher level. These courses are considered 3rd/4th/MSc courses.
