Successful research projects

Some of our current and former students have achieved great success with their research projects.

Here are a few examples of typical science communication research projects that have attracted considerable attention and recognition.  

• Marc Pagen developed a communication strategy for enhancing the social acceptance of geothermal energy in the Netherlands. 
• Pat Hong combined quantitative and qualitative research to identify social media factors that can encourage people to participate in online energy campaigns. 
• Ammeret Rossouw performed a Delphi study to discover the best elements and context for technology education. 
• Arjanna van der Plas designed a method for constructing a dialogue between engineers and healthcare workers.
