Materials for Additive Manufactruing Lab

The laboratory is featuring additive manufacturing facilities for metals, intermetallics, advanced ceramics and polymer components. The facilities also include capabilities for the powder (atomization and handling of raw material) processing and post-processing stages: debinding, sintering and thermal treatments.

Multiscale Mechanics Lab

Mechanical behaviour laboratory offers a fully equipped destructive and non-destructive mechanical testing facility available for testing metals, composites, ceramics, and polymers. The laboratory allows examination of various real-life conditions and parameters that affect material strength and durability due to stress, fatigue, fracture and corrosion.

NeuroMuscular Control Lab

Delft Laboratory for NeuroMuscular Control (NMC Lab) investigates the human motor system from an engineering perspective. The Lab is multidisciplinary; active on the borderline between dynamic modelling and system identification on the one hand and the clinical application on the other hand.

Lab that focussing on new types of surgical instruments and implants for advanced surgical (MIS) procedures. Unique matreials are AdLap Surgical Robot and Lapron Boxtrainers for development and testing of surgical tools
