Lichao Wu

Lichao Wu is a PhD candidate in the cybersecurity research group at Delft University of Technology under the supervision of Dr. Stjepan Picek. His main research interests are at the intersection of implementation attacks, cryptography and machine learning. In July 2015, he obtained his bachelor’s degree at Northwestern Polytechnical University, Xi'an, China. After that, Wu received his master’s degree in microelectronic at Delft University of Technology in 2017, with the thesis in ASIC design collaborated with Philips Research Eindhoven, the Netherlands.

Next to research, he also works as a Security Evaluator at Brightsight B.V., the Netherlands.
