Giovane Moura

Giovane is a part-time Assistant Professor with TU Delft. He is also a Data Scientist with SIDN Labs, the research arm of SIDN, the Netherlands'.nl top-level domain operator.

His research focuses on  on bringing academic rigor to network operations, to improve performance, security and stability of networked systems and critical infrastructure.

He received  a PhD degree from the University of Twente in 2013.
