Mathijs Molenaar
I started as a PhD student at the Computer Graphics and Visualization group at the end of 2019. I am heavily involved in two Bachelor courses, maintaining and grading homework assignments, as well as giving lectures/tutorials. Due to this special situation my PhD will end after 6 years rather than the usual 4 years.
I like to make code run fast which is why I spend most of my time programming in C++ or CUDA. My interests lie in rendering, both real-time and offline. In practice my research has focused on representing, modifying and rendering large scale environments using Sparse Voxel Directed Acyclic Graphs (SVDAGs).
