Simon Leclercq - BREWING OVER TIME: the journey of humans and coffee
After the first documented use of coffee in the 15th century, coffee has had a profound impact on society, culture, economics and individual lifestyle. This exhibition is about seven of the most common ways of how we drink coffee around the world, which, because of our cultural differences, are not that common. With a small dive in history, visitors can learn about seven different ways coffee is made and can then perceive how one of these ways is made for them. They can then use the exhibition as a coffee house, and, like they were used for, exchange news, political ideas, and cultural trends.
Collection: Various coffee machines
