Students may select courses at all colleges at Embry Riddle as long as the course is open, they meet all the pre-requisites, meet residential requirements and have prior permission from their home university. Exchange students are required to take a minimum of 12 credit hours per semester.

All courses within Clarkson University are available for exchange students. An overview of the academic colleges and departments at Clarkson can be found here. The fall semester runs from the end of August to mid-December and the Spring semester runs from early January to mid-May. Exchange students should take 12 credits, 18 credits is the maximum you can take. BSc students cannot take graduate (MSc) courses.

It is possible to enroll for classes in different academic areas, however most (if not all) of your classes should be concentrated in one academic area. The courses do not change considerably from year to year, so you can use the previous year to look for courses if the next has not been published yet.

Iowa State University, or ISU, is known for its degree programmes in Agriculture, Engineering and Science. It is organised into eight colleges and two schools.

All Engineering courses at the College of Engieering are open to exchange students, if you meet the requirements. There are some courses available at other colleges, but these cannot be guaranteed. Business courses are not open to exchange students. Each course has an associated level, a three digit code. The first number indicates what level the course is, for example EM 274 is typically a second year course.
Please note that you need to fulfill the pre-requisites for all courses, including pre-defined minors.
Classes will start in the 3rd week or 4th week of August and the introduction programme always takes place 2 weeks before the start of classes.

The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, or UIUC, has no less than seventeen colleges and is one of the few educational institutions to own an airport.

It is possible for students to take masters courses at Illinois even though they are coded as non-degree, undergraduate students. As long as space is available in the class, students will have to get permission from the department that offers the course in order to register. The department will want to make sure that the student has taken the necessary pre-requisite courses at TU Delft to be prepared for the master’s level course.
Please know that UIUC cannot guarantee enrolment in any specific course, so it is important for exchange students to be as flexible as possible in their course selection. College of Engineering exchange students cannot take courses offered by the College of Business. In addition, 50% of the courses should be selected at the College of Engineering. Exceptions can be made in case the College of choice is an equivalent department here at the faculty of Aerospace Engineering at TU Delft, however, limit your course choices to 2-3 academic departments. Graduate courses can be requested on site by undergraduate students. A list of restricted departments, not open for exchange students can be found here. Upon acceptance, students may apply for a room in a university residence hall through this page (some residence halls require students to purchase a meal plan) or they may choose to rent a private apartment. Students who choose to apply for university housing should be aware that there is no guarantee that they will get the residence hall of their choice.
The University of Texas at Austin, or UT, was ranked among the best 50 universities in the world by Times Higher Education in 2018. Research is mainly focused in the Engineering and Physical Sciences, and UT is a world-leading research institution in fields such as Computer Science.

We have an agreement with Cockrell School of Engineering however, they encourage exchange students to experience disciplines in other parts of the university, as well. For some of these courses, you may need to get permission from an adviser in the department in which the course is offered in order to register – they will direct you where to go in this case once you arrive at UT. Exchange students are not allowed to take MBA courses. More information on restricted courses can be found here and approved business courses can be found here.Enrolment in graduate-level (MSc) courses is done at the discretion of departments and cannot be guaranteed prior to arrival in Austin. You need to receive permission from the head of academics in order to take MSc classes.
Make sure to register for courses on time, as they fill up very quickly.
