Exam Dates BSc

You can register for the Graduation Ceremony until 20 working days before the meeting of the Board of Examiners. The meeting of the Board of Examiners is not open to students.

You will receive an invitation to the diploma ceremony from the dept. of Education and Student affairs approx. 2 weeks before.

The diploma ceremonie will start at 16.00 hours. The location will be passed on later.

How can you request a statement of graduation when the diploma has not yet been awarded?

After an exam result has been processed in MyTUDelft, students can download a digital extract of their diploma data via the DUO diploma register using DigiD or request via diplomaregister@duo.nl if you don’t have a DigiD. A digital extract of a DUO diploma is accepted by all Dutch universities as proof of obtaining the diploma.

• You can also give DUO or Contact Centre permission to send statement of graduation directly to an employer / verification agency (this is only for Dutch requests).
