The forms for the Board of Examiners

The forms for the Board of Examiners  that are listed on this page can be sent by e-mail to the Board of Examiners of your study programme. The e-mail address can be found here.
Forms have to be received at least  5 working days prior to the meeting. Requests that are not handed in in time will automatically be moved up to the next meeting.

Application forms for the final examination

You must register for the bachelor exam no later than 20 working days before the meeting of the exam board. At 'Exam dates and graduations' you will find dates of the final registration and  the meetings.
You can scan the form for signing up for the bachelor exam and send it as an attachment to SPA-EWI@tudelft.nl

The application form for the final MSc examination has to be be submitted in MaRe
