Feedback

MyCase has been thoroughly tested and piloted over the past year, but the launch of a new system is still a great opportunity for improvement. We are curious about your experiences with MyCase and invite you to share any feedback about your experiences using it. This may be used to locate urgent improvements and improve the system in general so that it suits the needs of the users as well as possible.  

There is a feedback button in the system that you can use for giving feedback. Instructions on how to give feedback by using this button can be found in the manual. Once you have sent your feedback, a case will be created and will be sent to the development team. The development team will then prioritize the change requests. The most essential changes are technical malfunctions. Other changes will be prioritized based on impact, necessity, and whether it relates to a faculty-specific or university-wide process.
