Delft Young Academy

DYA - the Delft Young Academy - was founded in 2022 with the aim of building a community for early-career academics who work at TU Delft and have obtained a PhD degree within the past 10 years. Our missions are:

  • Spark dialogue and cooperation between disciplines and faculties.
  • Facilitate the integration of early-career academics within TU Delft and the development of a vision on academic policy focused on this group, while ensuring that their voices are heard and valued.
  • Support the professional development and fair assessment of early career academics, and
  • Connect science, technology, and design with society.
