From Stem to Stern: Contestability Along AI Value Chains

One of our team members, Agathe Balayn, is co-organizing a workshop at CSCW’24. It will deal with contestability along AI supply chains. The workshop will serve as a platform for dialogue and demonstrations of concrete, successful and unsuccessful examples of AI systems that (could or should) have been contested, to identify requirements, obstacles, and opportunities for designing and deploying contestable AI in various contexts. 

It will take place on November 9th in Costa Rica (and partially online). More information can be found here.
