15 October 2024 16:00 till 17:00 - Location: Faculty of Technology, Policy and Management | Add to my calendar

On 15 October (16:00 – 17:00) at the Faculty of Technology, Policy and Management, the Design for Values Institute kicks off their new theme for 2024/2025: Design for Human Autonomy.

Nowadays, there is a lot of focus on making technology more autonomous. It promises breakthroughs in nearly all aspects of life, from safety, healthcare, digital technologies, transport, and daily conveniences to warfare. But what happens to human autonomy? And how do we enhance it through design? That is the focus of Design for Values annual theme of 2024-2025.

From IDE, as part of the expert group and the panel discussion, Tilman Dingler and Kars Alfrink think along on these topics. Join them by registering for the event here.
