2 - 6 Sept | Exhale Week: A week of free events that spark creativity and connection
02 September 2024 12:00 till 22:30 | Add to my calendar
Exhale kicks off the new academic year with its third Exhale Week! This week of free events and workshops takes place from 2 to 6 September and this edition is all about starting fresh, building your community and fostering new connections.
We’ll be countering productivity culture with events and workshops such as a foraging walk, a creative Drink & Draw class focusing on messing up, a journaling workshop, and a panel discussion and open mic for students on the topic of failure and redirection. Also, after a summer break, the Exhale Living Room will be open as usual from that week onwards every day from 12.00 to relax or meet up with friends or fellow students
Programme & sign up
You can participate in any or all events during the Exhale Week and you do not need an X-subscription to join in. The full (free!) programme can be viewed on the Exhale website. Some events require registration and others are open to attend without registration. Want to sign up? You can do that on the website!
After Exhale Week
After Exhale Week, Exhale will resume with its ongoing programme with approximately two weekly events and workshops. The Living Room is open every day to all TU Delft students from 12:00, and the Creative Studio is open every weekday evening from 17:00 (also no X-subscription needed!).

About Exhale
Exhale is a social living room, creative studio, and mindfulness studio all housed under one roof, offering students the space to relax and reconnect.
Exhale is a place to escape from the pressures of productivity culture, and simply be. It is where rest and recuperation come first; it’s a place to connect with others and indulge in the things you love, for enjoyment’s sake and nothing more. At Exhale, you have permission to rest — no one is going to judge you for taking time to unwind. It is a place to be human, to dream, play, (re)connect, and explore. Exhale officially opens on 19 January 2024.
