Fit in 30 minutes 3x a week
Fit with Prometheus - Monday, Tuesday and Friday at noon
You only need yourself, comfortable clothes and a bit of space. No weights or other fitness tools are needed although you may find a mat comfortable for floor exercises. If you miss a training session you can use the recording to take part. On Mondays we work on strength, Tuesday is cardio day and Friday flexibility.
