We will work with mind-set (fixed/growth), awareness of personal preference and rhythm (early/late, alone/with others), becoming aware of personal needs and interfering factors
Learning helps you to regain overview, calmness and focus. We’ll find ways to cope with anxiety, distraction, doubt and set-backs, in order to develop your personal way of learning, in a more comfortable and effective way. We will work on mindset (fixed/growth), awareness of personal preference and rhythm (early/late, alone/with others), personal needs and interfering factors (what do you need to flourish). Methods: practice and movement, model of body-mind interaction, awareness & reflection, anxiety and judgment in relation to motivation, autonomy and cooperation. About the trainer: Christianne is a mental coach and trainer. Originally educated at the TU Delft, with almost 25 years experience as an architect, manager and entrepreneur. Lead up at the Coaching Academy International, and trained in system dynamics and embodiment. She is fascinated about the interference of body and mind, and the outcome of this in social intelligence and accomplishments.
