Before you arrive

Many of the arrangements you will need to make in order to settle in Delft can only be made after you have arrived. Some things, however, will have to be taken care of before your arrival. These include obtaining the documents allowing you to enter, work and establish residency in the Netherlands. You will also have to find a place to live and possibly employment for your partner or a school for your children. As soon as your employement or registration has been confirmed, the department of Human Resources Services (HR Services) will contact you to begin to make arrangements for your arrival in Delft. The information below is intended to inform and guide you.

Consult the decision tree below to find out which arrangements will be made by HR Services of TU Delft in your situation before your arrival in the Netherlands. To go back a step in the decision tree, make sure to click on one of the subheadings.
