Do something that matters
We have a combined shortage of 13,500 teachers in primary and secondary education in the Netherlands. Teaching does not always have the reputation it deserves. And that while it has everything in it. That's why Universities of the Netherlands (UNL) launched the “Do something that matters” campaign last week. The goal is to get people to look at teaching with a new perspective.
The campaign started with an action on the Zuidas in Amsterdam and can be seen throughout the Netherlands. TU Delft also has the TU Delft Lerarenopleiding, housed in the faculty of Applied Sciences. Starting November 8, the campaign image will be displayed on the cone of the Library and on October 10, 2024, the TU Delft Lerarenopleiding will organise an additional information evening.
