New plans for tram line 19

From june 2026 tramline 19 will go to our campus!

Metropoolregio Rotterdam Den Haag (MRDH), which is building the tram on our campus, has announced a new timetable for tram line 19. According to this schedule, the tram will run from Delft station to our campus from June 2026. The contractor, Dura Vermeer, is expected to complete the construction of the tram in the summer of 2025, followed by a test period of about one year. During construction, the TU Delft campus will remain accessible by public transport and buses will continue to run until the tram is ready.
