What can I do if I get an error using Virtual Classroom?

  • Cookies might be blocking your browser activity. Start by clearing all cookie settings and then try again. You will find more information about cookies here.
  • Your browser or device might not be (fully) compatible with Virtual Classroom. Try a different browser (Firefox generally works best). These articles on browser compatibility and device compatibility might also help.
