Andy van den Dobbelsteen, hoogleraar Climate Design & Sustainability aan de Technische Universiteit Delft. Van den Dobbelsteen wordt de onderscheiding toegekend vanwege zijn jarenlange voortrekkersrol op het gebied van duurzaam bouwen en voor zijn opvallende aanwezigheid in het klimaatdebat.
