Digital University Day
26 November 2020 - Location: Online
The coronavirus crisis has also had a huge impact on universities. Not only on our teaching; changes also needed to be made to how we organise academic meetings, congresses, network events, academic ceremonies and student communication activities. The 1.5-metre measures and other restrictions are likely to remain in force for the time being, and some changes are expected to remain after the outbreak has subsided. Events, for example, will have a hybrid form, partly physical and partly online. But how do you go about organising an online or hybrid activity, and what form is the best for your event or target group?
For the answer to these and many other questions, join us for the Digital University Day on Thursday 26 November 2020.
During this virtual event, organised by TU Delft and Tilburg University, you'll have the opportunity to learn best practices and spar with experts and colleagues from other universities.
The continuous programme from 12:00 to 17:00 has keynote speakers and break-out sessions, you can visit the exhibitors at the virtual company fair and meet each other in the network carousel.
In short, Digital University Day is about informing, advising, exchanging information, networking and connecting.
Who is it for?
Event managers, academics, (student) communication and information officers, ICT/Online departments, secretaries, umbrella student organisations, facility and alumni staff, in fact everyone involved with organising events at the university. The official language is Dutch.
Registration fee is € 10,00. Registration with your educational institution email address is mandatory.
